We’ve recently migrated our REST API documentation to OpenAPI 3.0. As part of that change, we’ve also moved it from docs.atlassian.com to developer.atlassian.com due to the lack of cross-product UI support for swagger.json files. You can now also directly download the swagger.json file.
To access all the existing REST API documentation for Crowd, go to developer.atlassian.com and from the top navigation bar select Guides, then Application integration.
