Yes, but you don't saw in 2006?
You had a Stage Arrival of Tour de France, a show with the famous French TV presenter Michel Drucker AND the firework show at Cité!!
All the mid-town and downtown was prohibited all day long for cars! You needed the parking at the exterior of city!!
@Rémi BERNIÈRES in 2006 I was not yet an avid cyclist, so I missed out on that visit. Although, 2006 was a rough year for cycling in general!
Yes, I remember of that because this year, they started to publish the routes of Tour de France on Dailymotion (only for the 1st one in 2006) and Youtube after
BONUS PIC!! THE 2022 RED DYE PICTURE DID BY ME!
@Rémi BERNIÈRES stunning!

That's an out of the ordinary post, @Rémi BERNIÈRES - I like it 🤗. Until now I mainly knew Carcassonne from the board game we play every now and then at home:
Although we've had some tense moments while playing, we never ended up with fiery red skies as in that picture of yours (thankfully)! 🎆
Thank you for your comment, I like your joke on the last sentence 😆
@Walter Buggenhout the first thing I thought about was the game too - I didn't even know Carcassone was a real place!
@Rémi BERNIÈRES thanks for teaching me something today and sharing your beautiful corner of the world.
Thank you @Monique vdB
I came here to comment on the board game too, one of my favorites!!! @Rémi BERNIÈRES these photos are beautiful, I'd love to visit someday!!
Fantastic!! Now I want to go!!
Oh, and I need the recipe for that dish you showed 😊
Great tour @Rémi BERNIÈRES - I agree with @Walter Buggenhout about the game! I love that game and everything I know about Carcassonne was from that game. Now I know a whole bunch more because of you! Love it!
Wow, great tour thanks for sharing that.
This is amazing @Rémi BERNIÈRES !
Thank you for sharing it! I would love to visit one day... if only I wasn't afraid of planes :/
Yeah, me too I want to discover the Canada but I never travel by plane
