Does anyone use an integration for operative resourceplanning/todo overview?
We, a company, 30 trello users, use trello as projectmanagement tool and would like to make a todo ( todo in a todo list in a trellocard which is assigned to a person and a due date) visible in a resourceplanning or todo overview per person an due date.
Goal is :
- to plan a day or week per person more exactly,
- make todos and status visible for other colleagues, especially projectmanager
Any ideas?
In a recent engagement, the client was happy to see that besides creating a task based on a user event in their CRM, he was able to store the card link in the CRM custom field. That way there simple link between the order and Order fulfilment card in Trello. Similarly, this can deployed for your ERP. In terms of creating a to-do card, you do have several options including using Zapier (if erp is supported) or a custom build.
