Hello @MIRZA BAQUER H_ BAIG 

As far as I know, you can't put colors in the description, unless you make it a power up, which I don't know about.
You can, however, put emoticons. I access them with the Windows+key combination.
You can also put colors in the custom fields (which are only available in paid versions) and decide whether or not they appear on the front of the cards. There are also power apps that do this (with some free options)
