Hello,

So, i've been using Trello as a custom, easy to use CRM system for a couple of years now on a paid plan.

I've been using Zapier to create Lead cards from facebook lead ads and have had it setup so that the prospects contact information is put in custom fields.

Now, with some problems with our bank and our company credit card that was used for the subscription not working, our plan was downgraded from standard to free.

This made ALL the custom fields disappear from hundreds of Leads stored on our board.

Question is, will the custom fields be restored with all the information once we are able to start a subscription again or is all this information lost forever?

It would totally suck if that was the case since now we got these hundreds of leads sitting there with no contact information available to handle them.

Hi Oskar. No worries. Your custom fields and their data should be restored once you reactivate a paid plan on Trello.

Trello does not delete the data from custom fields when a subscription is downgraded; instead, the fields become inaccessible on the free plan. Once you upgrade back to Standard or Premium, the custom fields should reappear with all the stored information intact.

Have a great day!
