Why isn't the butler page showing up?

I've been using Trello as a to do list on my school device and I can't seem to get to the butler page. The url is the one that is showed on the butler page but I can't get to it.
^^This is the url that is there. Thats whats supposed to be there when you open the butler page. This is showing up for me but the rest of it looks like this:
No butler page. Can someone tell me how to fix this?
