Why can’t I login to my account?

One day, I was logged out of my trello account, and now I can’t log back in. An error message keeps popping up and saying:

“Something’s gone wrong trying to log in. Make sure to log in with google or SSO if that’s how your account is set up.”

I have tried to delete and re-download the app, I have tried logging in through google, but nothing is working.

Welcome to the community!

When first setting up and logging in with your account on the web, did you set a password at any point?

If you registered/logged-in via Google, then you'll want to take that same route when logging in on your iOS device too.

Alternatively, feel free to reset your Trello password here: https://trello.com/forgot. Once reset, go ahead and try logging in on the mobile app once more.
