Why can i not see any issues in our Marketing Service Desk Kanban board

Our team cannot access any service desk requests via the Marketing Kanban Board.

The screen shows that there are no issues. This started happening on 13 June.

I believe it's hard to say anything from that, but do you mean you had Trello cards and they got lost? Can you give more detail?
