When accessing Trello within Teams I don't see my board (even though it shows that I'm logged in)

When I have a tab at the top of my MSTeams channel to open Trello, it suddenely has changed so that I don't actually see the board (white screen).  It shows that I am logged in and gives the hyperlink to 'logout' but doesn't display anything else so I can't actually see my board.

 

The only current workaround is to 'open in browser' and then navigate away from within Teams....

 

This has been working fine up until w/c 17th June 2024 so not sure what has happened for this issue to now appear??

So that we can look into what's going on here, can you please send over the below details:

  • Are you accessing Teams in the app or through a web browser? And if you're using a web browser, which browser are you using?
  • What is the make and model of the device you're using?
  • What Operating System is installed on your device?
    • You can find this on Windows by searching for and opening WinVer.exe
    • You can find this on Mac by clicking on the Apple logo in the top left corner and selecting About this Mac

We've also had other reports of this and we are tracking that in this bug report: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TRELLO-475/

I have added this ticket as well to this bug as an internal comment for our engineering team to see and reference if needed as well as align priority.
