I previously faced an issue regarding an unauthorized charge from my account. After several communications with your team, the problem was resolved, and my money was refunded. I also made it clear that I would no longer purchase a premium account and requested the deletion of the account number that was recorded, as your team had allowed charges from my account without my consent. I appreciated your apology, and my account information was removed from my Trello account.
However, just a few days ago, I discovered an unauthorized charge from one of my other accounts! I am genuinely astonished, as I never entered this account number, and I have not actively used Trello during this period. A total of $72.00 has been deducted from my account without my knowledge.
This situation is completely unacceptable. I consider this a violation of my rights, and I urge you to investigate this matter promptly. If this issue occurs again, I will feel compelled to pursue legal action.
