Hi! I am a representative of the school that is registered as a Limited Liability Company in Georgia (country). The verification company Goodstack rejected our request for the discount saying that eligible organizations should be registered as: Charitable Organization, Public Association or Organization, Non-Entrepreneurial (Non-Commercial), Legal Entities, Religious Organization registered as legal Entities of Public Law (LEPL).
The discount requirements on the website state that a price reduction can be applied to all sorts of academic institutions: vocational, colleges, k-12 school and etc. There is no specification about the legal status.
I would like to know others' experience on this issue, those who have received the academic discount, how did you do it? and what was the legal status of your company? Any recommendation will be of great help! thanks
Hello, and welcome, Natalie!
If you haven't already, you can always fill out the form and see what Atlassian says. I don't have personal experience with it, but it seems you already have access to the terms Atlassian provides, and I'm sure they'd be happy to clear it up for you. The worst they can say is "no", right?
