Trello button to url

Is there a way to have a button (not a custom field) on a card that links to an external URL?

The Amazing Fields powerup (https://trello.com/power-ups/60e068efb294647187bbe4f5) allows you to create a field that requires a URL and then if you set it, the value shown will be a live URL you can click on.

Would that give you what you need?

Not exactly, ideally it would be a button with a name that links to an external URL.

I now have the url as a clickable action item in a checklist, which will do for now. But a button would be cleaner.

@patrick

Try using the http request. It can be found under “content” tab
