Specific reporting help needed!

Hi Community,

Hoping some1 can support with the below reporting detail our team is trying to get to obtain specific data regarding tracking performance of our team of graphic designers. We are after either a power up suggestion or a possible solution within Trello to allow us to gain the below?

Overview/ outcome

We use 5 Trello boards within our organization for design work needed – boards are separated out by region.

We are trying to track our design workload performance in more detail across all 5 boards - monthly.

We work in monthly blocks and use due date card functions

We use a lot of checklists

We use a lot of attachments/labels

Current Process

Currently, end of each month we screenshot each board’s dashboard

And, export each board’s dashboard content as a CSV

What we require?

A monthly summary by region that includes:

• % of Round 1 dates met (these are logged on each card by due date tick box & R1 attachments
• % of Final Art (FA) dates met (these are logged by moving to a FA list on each board)
• % of Jobs that overflow (don’t meet dates mentioned above)
• % of jobs that are delayed due to feedback
• % of jobs that have a Creative Meeting delay (this is a milestone meeting that affects our design work dates and is logged by another list on each board)
• Link to each job/job number that’s inputted on each card
