Setting Billing Option to Monthly

Hello,

 

I’m at the end of my free trial and would like to activate premium subscription at a monthly billing rate.  It seems that annual is the default and I am struggling to select monthly on my iPhone on browser interface.

Help posting indicates that an account that has been established with annual billing requires workspace to be canceled and downgraded.

do you recommend that I cancel my free workspace and start over to get set up with monthly billing?

 

thanks for sharing any related experience.  It’s too bad support directs me here first.
