Hi all,
I'm the only owner of a workspace with various boards attached, as far as I know.
I used an email I've had for nearly 20 years when I set it up, can still access it, but can't see where the "request to access" messages are going. They're not coming to my email, that's for sure.
Can anyone confirm whether it's possible to retrieve a workspace without upgrading to Premium or another paid for service?

If you see the "request to access" option when attempting to access a board, it means the board admin email is different than the email you're using. Please log out and try logging into Trello using a different email address. I understand the email you're using is the same one you've had for 20 years. In these cases the original email used could have been a school or work email.
I apologize, but for privacy reasons, we cannot disclose the email address associated with a specific board. Please try using all emails you've used previously to access the boards. Once you're logged in you can then share the boards to your current email.
