Not receiving email to change password

Hi, I've been trying to change my email address to get alerts from Trello. The agency I'm working for didn't use my correct address when setting up my access.

I have reached the point where the system is pending verification of my correct email address, with the following on-screen message:

"We just need you to check your email (REMOVED) and to verify it’s you and complete the update."

I didn't receive an email when I clicked to activate it, so waited about half an hour in case of delay, and then clicked "Resend email". That didn't work either.

I've tried for two days in a row now and I still haven't received a single email.

Please can you assist?

This may be happening because your email has been added to the supression list from the Atlassian side. You should open a support ticket for them here

Hi @Nikola Perisic - I've just tried that, but it just leads me back here.

I select the fields, then my only options are to read documentation, or to go to Community and ask the question, like I've already done. As you see below.

So I've already gone through this process :)
