My card templates have suddenly disappeared

I tried creating a card using one of my templates (as I normally do) only to find that none of them are there anymore. Instead, I'm told to create a new template that I don't have any templates. How did this happen? My workflow is highly dependent on the content of those templates and losing them would be an absolute disaster!

It's worth mentioning, though, that I recently cleared my archive. I don't know if templates are automatically stored in my archive. I didn't think that because there was no information anywhere stating it. And, the only reason I cleared my archive in the first place was because an archived card kept reappearing on my board.

I'd appreciate it deeply if I'm able to get my templates back.

Can you check on your browser history if you can find the URL of the template card? If you can share the URL of the card I can check on our system what happened
