Could you please confirm the following steps?
You can also test whether email notifications are functioning correctly by using this link: https://trello.com/test_notifications.
Additionally, could you check if the "Due Date" reminder setting has been accidentally set to "None" or a similar option? This could prevent notifications from being triggered. Unfortunately, we are unable to view these settings on our end, and without the ability to access your account, we cannot verify this ourselves.
