I invited someone to view my board by sending an invite to her email address, but she hasn’t received it. When I entered her email, Trello suggested a name that seemed like a username with the same initials as my teammate. I ignored the suggestion and proceeded with just her email address.
Her email is a company email hosted on cPanel, so I reached out to our support team. They suggested I whitelist Trello, which I did. However, after resending the invite, she still didn’t receive it. I’m wondering if it might take some time? Also, she did create an account with Trello but couldn't verify her email address since that email from Trello somehow was never received by her.
cPanel also recommended that I contact Trello to whitelist my teammate’s company email. Can you help me with this?

Did you invite her using the share button on the board? Also, she definitely needs to confirm her email otherwise she won't be able to log in, can you share her username here so I can see if there's any blocks on the system?
