I was told about Trello, and I created an account three weeks ago to test its features and see if it could be useful for my company. I set up a board with information to present a demonstration to my manager. When I logged back in yesterday to showcase the board, a large portion of the content I had prepared was missing. I had access to a free trial for several days, and I assume that after it ended, my account was downgraded. However, I didn’t expect to lose any information. As a result, the demonstration was a disaster. Are the details I recorded completely lost?
When you downgrade from paid to free, specific features like custom fields and list colors are hidden. If you upgrade to a paid plan then you will see those appear again. The data is not lost. https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/change-or-cancel-your-trello-plan/
@Gratecap Emmanuelle Welcome to the Atlassian community
Can you please provide additional information about what was lost? If there were items that you setup that were part of the premium subscription they would go away when the account was downgraded. With additional detail about what is missing Atlassian might be able to help you out. I have escalated to support.
