I created a user as my ex-company mail adress and i defined a membership for trial of account. I left company but trello still getting payment monthly. Unfortinaltely i haven't got password of trello account i can't login my ex-company mail account.
how can i cancel regular payment ? Who can help me?

Unfortunately, all details(invoice about my account are in my account and i can not login with my ex-company's mail adress. Web page link that you shared, required to login with my ex-company's account. Thats why, i can not solve my problem over on your link or your web page.

Bulent, I have the same problem.. nobody answer. In one year every month sending messages, looking for answers, nobody response a sh_t!!

I´m in the same situation. My old company closed since 1 and alf year ago, but I used my Card to pay Trello service, and now I cant recover the old email and I can´t login in the old account. This cost me almost usd$300 of my money and nobody answer a thing, theres no way to cut this service. Is a nightmare.
