I have 14-day Premium. Will the boards I create stay in my account?

If I create more boards than the free version allows, will they still remain in my account? Will I be able to edit them?

Welcome to the community. I hope you find all your question and concerns answered here.

I am sure you would retain your data from the trial. I would say that with Trello free you can have up to 10 boards. I would make sure your not over that amount to help retain your data. 
This way you don't hit any limits if you don't plan to keep the premium licensing.

Once your free premium trial ends, you will automatically drop back down to the free tier.  The boards you have over your quota of 10 will be retained but be closed. You will not be able to edit them in that workspace but you should be able to move them to another workspace and reopen them.  

If you later decide to upgrade to either Standard or Premium, you will be able to reopen them in the same workspace.
