I can't add someone to my board

Hi,

I would like to add my colleague to this board but it's not working

Could you please help me? We are only 8 members (not 10) so I don't understand why it's not working?

Hi @marjorie_tarjon,

Welcome to the community!

Free Trello workspaces have a limit of 10 members total for the entire workspace. It's possible you've already reached that limit, even if individual boards have fewer than 10 members.

How to check your workspace member count:

1. Go to your Trello workspace.
2. Click the workspace name (top left).
3. Select "Members".
4. You'll see a list of all members.

To remove a member (only workspace admins can do this):

1. Click on the three dots next to their name.
2. Select "Remove from Workspace".
