How to change date format?

It worked fine, but suddenly, the date format changed by itself. How can I change it back? Now the week starts on Sunday but I need the first day of the week to be Monday.

The second thing is language. All Trello is in Czech, but the date is in English. Also, we normally use 24h format, but English has 12h format which we are not used to.

Thanks. I tried this method before and it did not help. I already had it in Czech. I tried to uninstall the Trello app and then install it again. It seems that it helped to solve the problem. The day after installation, the dates changed again but the next day it was back in Czech format. It has been working since then.
