How can I upgrade to standard after having canceled Premium?

We used Premium the past months and our subscription is still valid till the end of november. We realised, that standard would be sufficient for our need. It seemed not possible to switch directly from Premium to Standard. Based on an information we found on trello, we cancelled the Premium subscription and wanted to upgrade afterwards from a free to a Standard plan. However, we don't see how to choose the Standard plan. Could it be that this is only possible once the Premium has ended?

Can you raise a ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ so support team can check your account? You can ask on the request if they can change your plan to standard instead of premium.
