Hi,
I deleted a user, who now needs to get access again.
When I try to invite him, I get a message that the invite was not sent because the member had been deactivated. When I share a link, he cannot access it.
I cannot see the account on my screen anymore so I cannot reactivate it.
How can I solve this riddle?
Jana
@Jana Cadikova were you able to get the user readded to Trello?
no.
I upgraded to PRO so I would have access to the support (I used a free trial period).
The guys were super helpful and very fast and precise in their answer! I mean I wish every tool had such a great support.
However my problem is that the user was created by a different company. They are not using Trello anymore. They have deactivated the user account before they left Trello tool.
I have one last trick I did not try - creating a new account for the user - using 'emailname+dummytext@domain'.

Hi,
Thank you.
My problem is the user got deleted meanwhile. He's no longer visible on the list of members. Therefor I cannot reactivate the account.

Reactiving a deleted member in Trello can be tricky on the free plan, since direct support isn't available. However, you can try the following workaround:
1. Try to Re-add the member using their original email address.
2. If that doesn't work, try re-adding them with an alternate email address
