I've always wanted to use Trello and now I finally found a job where Trello suits the work I do really well and now it won't load. Please tell me there's a solution besides installing and uninstalling.

Welcome to the community.

Is there any specific error when you try to access the desktop app after downloading from the windows store? As for the the web you should be able to log on https://trello.com/ using your browser normally, do you have any issue with this one as well?
