Welcome to the community.

Do you need all three workspaces to be at the premium level? When you purchase a Trello premium plan, you can upgrade the selected workspace to premium status. This allows you to create unlimited boards and invite as many members as you want. Consider whether it might be more cost-effective to transfer your boards to a single workspace and upgrade just that one instead.
