Can't receive emails to create card in Trello


I have created an email address for a board. When I send mails to it they do not appear in the list on the board.

I do not receive a notification in my mail box that the mail has been rejected by Trello.

What can I do?

@Johannes Bertelmann have you tested getting someone else to send to the email address to see if it's a problem specifically with your address? If so, then what I would do is send an email to the address of the board, and then forward that email you sent, into and ask them why it didn't arrive.

Thank you for your answer, Iain. I could solve the problem. I cleaned up my address book with Trello board addresses and created new ones. Since then it works.
