I’m having trouble moving checklist items within a Trello card. I used to be able to rearrange these items easily to organize my tasks, but now I can’t drag and drop them to reorder the checklist. This issue persists across different browsers, and I’ve cleared my cache, but it’s still blocked.
I would appreciate any guidance or troubleshooting steps to resolve this.
Thank you!
Hi @Jan Huisman is it possible to take a screen recording of what you're seeing? Drag and drop of checklists and checklist items are working fine for me across browsers, so I'll need some more information to troubleshoot what you're encountering. If you're unable to take a screen recording, can you describe with as much detail as possible what you're seeing?
Any additional details you can provide will help us get to the bottom of what you're seeing.
Thank you for your response. I’ve tried to drag and drop checklist items, but I encounter the following issues:

Thanks for your detailed explanation! We're using Brave as our browser and Windows 11 is the OS, and indeed, dragging from the grey area seems to be working now 😅. Was this always the case? I've been using Trello for years and didn't realize this 🤦♂️.
Thanks again for the support! I do have a couple of new questions, but I’ll save those for later. 😄😄
Best,
Jan Huisman

@Jan Huisman Wonderful! I'm so glad to know the cause. We rolled out some changes to cards in the last couple of weeks that accidentally changed this behavior. I'll pass this feedback on to our engineering team and see if we can restore the previous behavior. In the meantime I'm so glad you have a workaround.
