Can't connect Trello to MS Teams

Hey everyone,

I wanted to connect my Trello Board with our Microsoft Teams as till now I'm working with Trello in my web browser.

I signed in and granted access but then I always get a failure message just saying "something went wrong please try again"? I've tried several times but can't connect it.

Any ideas what I can do here?

It seems you are running into a known issue that is being tracked in the following bug report here: CONFCLOUD-80151.

I have added this report to this bug as an internal comment for our engineering team to see and reference if needed as well as align priority. I would also encourage you to visit that bug, log in with your Atlassian account, and click Start watching this issue on the right panel. That way, when the ticket is updated by our development team, you'll be notified via email.

The good news is that our engineering team is already working on a fix along with the Microsoft team.

Hey Alisson,

thank you for your answer and the link to the known issue!

I have indeed checked this out but if I got it correctly, this is a problem connecting Confluence to Teams. In my case I want to connect Trello and not Confluence?!

Could you please check this again or correct me?

This is the message I get in Teams when allowing Teams to access my Trello.

It says "Something went wrong, please try again."

Confluence and Trello users can't sign in to MS Teams apps at this moment, the bug raised that I share with with you mention confluence but internally we are aware is affecting both, team is working on a fix.
