Hi. Please help. I have tried to contact support but it constantly send me here to these boards. I have a Trello account but I can no longer seem to access my desktop version on my MAC. I have logged out, refreshed, deleted and loaded again and to no avail.
I get a fuzzy screen like an old TV on the blink.
Please help!
Is it happening on browser (Chrome/Safari) or the Mac Desktop App? If it is the App, then uninstall and reinstall the app.
HI. Thanks. I have done that multiple times and it is dong the same thing. I sent it to the trash on MAC and reinstalled. If you have any other ideas please let me know?

Have you tried clearing Trello's cache and resetting the Trello app?

Hi. Thanks for the suggestion. I am not able to do so. It is a blank page with access to nothing within Trello on my Desktop. The app is working on my phone but not on my MAC desktop.
