I'd like to inquire about an issue related to the payment process, where it seems that a double account was created. Could you please assist me in resolving this matter? Let me know if you need any adjustments! Thankyou.

Hi @el_ilkom 

 

This process used to be really easy but someone at Atlassian decided to make it unnecessarily  difficult.  The irony that they sell the idea of excellence in customer service with Jira Service Management, yet their own support submission process absolutely sucks  😂

 

That said,  follow my guide below and when it gets actually gets to the support team, they are awesome!

 

  1. Go to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ 
  2. Select Billing, payments, and pricing

  4. Select Payments

  6. Select Proceed without URI,SEN,EN or invoice number

  7. Now enter your message and attach relevant files then click submit
