Hello, Cristian!
Every user will be checked individually on Trello Paid workspaces to test if they're billable. It means, that every user will be billed if they fit billing rules. However, some users aren't billable on Paid Plans, like single board guests, I'll clarify this:
If the user is a member of your workspace or he is a member/guest on more than a single board inside this workspace there will be charges, you can check more details about it on the link below
More information about this topic can be found in the articles:
Thanks Alisson,
I have added a user to one of my board.
So I assume it will be a:
Free guest: A person who is invited to a single board in a Workspace. This user is not billable.
Is there any way to double-check it, before it is charged?
Thanks

Hello, Cristian!
Exactly. If a user is invited to only one board, their access will be free. However, if they are invited to join an additional board within the same workspace, they will become billable. This also applies if they are invited to be a member of the workspace. You will receive a notification if they become billable before confirming their status.
Kind Regards
Alisson
