Hey @ciduong! It doesn't seem to me this issue is related to these changes we released some time ago. So, if you're still experiencing these problems on your Trello board, please raise a ticket with us at https://trello.com/contact. We'll be glad to help you to solve this issue.
This is a stupid move. First you deprecate the Dropbox powerup, now the file picker. The product is being run by clowns if you think copying and pasting links is easier than the file picker. Maybe your CEO should come to the office more than once a quarter.
On the assumption you don't care about loosing a few high paying business users - are there actually any plans to fix this or do we have to leave your platform? Biggest muck around uploading the attachments now!
Even so - can you even give us an answer in behind the thinking of removing dropbox powerup? Like was it costing Atlassian too much to maintain or.... was dropbox not being helpful.... or CAN YOU ELABORATE!
FYI - if you see any real drop in your sales from prior 2 months, it's not cause of people tightening their belts, its cause you made our days harder!
Sort it out. Maybe you should run voting polls on these ideas to get your communities thoughts before making idiotic decisions.
I also am frustrated by the need to copy and paste links from Dropbox instead of directly uploading -- and the gaslighting on this is irritating. This is by no means simpler; it's more time-consuming. As another poster said, this is making me think of moving to Monday.com.
@Ellie Kulick@Sal - can you both please let us know if you are combatting our frustrations at all or is this just being totally ignored? Thanks. A response to your bill payers would be greatly appreciated.
Hi, one of our teams is sharing Tello cards with customers. These cards include links to the relevant doc site topics (HTML5). However, the docs are constantly changing - and links sometimes break, even if we are being cautious. To make things worse, each Trello card (containing doc links) is copied multiple times. If a link is broken, the issue is propagated. To fix these links, do we have to go into each card separately? What would be the best practice for "single-sourcing" links in Trello? Thank you!
Anyone else experiencing a glitch today where recently viewed cards aren't showing up on the attachment option? I'm only seeing board names under "recently viewed" and I'm having to type the name of the cards into the search bar to get them to show up.
I usually click on the card I want to attach, then go to the other card an can select the recently viewed card from the list. I usually do this in as little as a few seconds, but it's not working today!
Hopefully it's just a glitch that can be fixed. Thank you!
