Can I get Atlassian expert certification considering that I have also two certification that will be dismissed on 02 2024?

You're going to have to be more specific of which certifications you already have.

The 2024 retirement of your certifications will not prevent you from earning Atlassian Certified Expert status, but you'll want to take actions to add new certifications:

Scroll down to read about your retiring certifications -- some of them have accelerated paths to newer credentials.

For example, if you have ACP-JPA, then you can upgrade to ACP-MJDP (Managing Jira Data Center Projects) by simply earning the Managing Agile Boards and Reports Pro Skills Badge. 

If you have ACP-JSW, then you can upgrade to ACP-MJDP (Managing Jira Data Center Projects) by earning the Extended Project Administration in Jira Data Center Pro Skills Badge.

If you have ACP-JSD, you have been provided with a voucher to take the Managing Jira Service Projects for Cloud exam (ACP-420).
