unable to login to training Edited

about a week ago I could login in and take training.  Today after searching for 1/2 hour, I found our the email used to login to training uses my correct email address with a "1" at the end of it. Example: myname@someemail.com1

There should not be a "1" at the end of .com

Any idea how I can fix this? I am not being recognized by your system.

Hey @James Malgieri , I work on the training and certification team. I'm happy to help you here. So as not to compromise your personal email details please create a ticket for us here: https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/9/create/260

and we can work through your specific log in issue with the "1" at the end.

But to answer your question, you're correct that there should not be a 1 at the end of .com. Furthermore, it's important to let you know that your training ID used is your Atlassian ID. This can be controlled at https://id.atlassian.com
