unable to login to training

about a week ago I could login in and take training.  Today after searching for 1/2 hour, I found our the email used to login to training uses my correct email address with a "1" at the end of it. Example: myname@someemail.com1

There should not be a "1" at the end of .com

Any idea how I can fix this? I am not being recognized by your system.

Hey @James Malgieri , I work on the training and certification team. I'm happy to help you here. So as not to compromise your personal email details please create a ticket for us here:

and we can work through your specific log in issue with the "1" at the end.

But to answer your question, you're correct that there should not be a 1 at the end of .com. Furthermore, it's important to let you know that your training ID used is your Atlassian ID. This can be controlled at

We'll look for your ticket there so that we can help. Hope to hear from you soon!
