Who is the expert for onsite training and implementation in Atlassian?

In teh Academy ther was a link to Atlassian Experts who can help with on-site training, implementation', however i ended up on page 404 'Sorry". does any one know of what the minimum implementation efforts are to start off with a customer correctly?

And who are these Atlassian experts mentioned?
