Hello community!
I have been using Atlassian products for the last couple of months. A lot of hands on learning to get us up and running.
Now that the storm has calmed down a bit, I wanted to structure my learning a bit more. I know it's not the best of times, since the freeze will start tomorrow but there are plenty of free resources to keep my busy in the mean time.
So, I went to the Atlassian University > Plan. There were quite some courses there that were due in the past. Since I wanted to formulate a new plan, I removed them. The only warning I got was that I would lose my process.
However, now that I want to restart some of those free paths, I only see the message that I have dropped the course. There is no way for me to restart the course.
Am I missing something? How can I restart the free courses that I have apparently dropped?
Thanks in advance!
Paul
Hi Paul,
Thanks for raising this up! I am working as a part of Atlassian University support team and I have just deleted all of your dropped free enrolments. Now you should be able to enrol again :)
In case you still face this issue or have any other one, feel free to create a ticket via our support form (select Training and Certification -> Course or Training -> Course bugs) and our support team will assist you.
Cheers,
Anastasiia
Works like a charm! Thanks a lot @Anastasiia Dimnych !
