Jira Fundamentals Badge displayed with e-mail address

I passed the Jira Fundamentals badge however, the certificate shows my e-mail address on it instead of my name.

Please help.

It might be your Atlassian account details - how have you populated full name and public name?

Right now it reflects my e-mail address, I want it to reflect my First Name Last Name

@Apoorva Kasbekar I clicked the link and saw your name there, not your email address. It seems you figured out the change needed. If you could please share what was fixed it, others might learn how to update this if they have the same issue in the future!

Deleting browser history and cache helped solve the issue.
