JIRA Advanced Roadmaps - How to Add a Team

Hello - I am new to Advanced Road Maps and trying to figure out how to add teams.  According to this article: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/create-and-add-teams-in-advanced-roadmaps/

I need to select "Teams View" and then "+Add Team."  This is great - except I can't find how to get to "Teams View"! If anyone has a way to navigate to that view, or where to find the "+Add Team" functionality in Advanced Road Maps, I would be much obliged!

To add a new team, open up your plan and then from the View selector click on Teams.
