I recently completed the Basic Terms module in Trello at Atlassian University. However, I've noticed that the system hasn't reflected my completion status as "passed."

Could you please investigate this matter and let me know why my completion status isn't showing up correctly? I want to ensure that my progress is accurately recorded in the system.

The Atlassian Community is predominantly comprised of Atlassian customers/users like you. We cannot investigate this matter.

I can tell you, however, that when this happens, it's usually because one has missed a final step in the process. Or, enough time hasn't passed for the system to update.

That said, check out this Atlassian University 'Resources and support' page. If nothing on that page helps you solve the problem on your own, scroll to the bottom of the page, where you will find some 'Contact us' options, including one for opening a support ticket.
