did you manage to reschedule your exam? Opening an Atlassian support ticket would be the best option. They usually answer within 24 to 48 hours. 

The two mentioned PDFs are

• Exam Topics
• Organization Administration Glossary

The set of questions is no more available on Udemy, I guess it was a little too close to the actual exam questions.

Yes, this course + two PDFs included are enough to pass this exam. This is a rather easy one. Just go through the course once or twice, take a lot of notes, go through the PDFs and you're good to go.
