Learn how to navigate a service project in this new JSM course

I'm excited to announce that the second course in Jira Service Management Fundamentals, Navigating a service project, is now LIVE! To those of you who helped beta test this course earlier this month, thank you! Your feedback was so helpful and very much appreciated.

Navigating a service project is a 30-minute course that will help new agents deepen their knowledge of JSM. By taking the course, you will:

  • Learn how to navigate JSM and manage your queue
  • Gain a better understanding of the life of a ticket, from the moment it's submitted by a customer to when it's closed by an agent
  • Practice responding to a customer's request in a hands-on simulation

The third and final course, Jira Service Management best practices, is scheduled to release sometime in May. Stay tuned!
