Training for Jira integrates courses into the Jira Apps menu – not only Atlassian University courses, but your own custom training as well.

You can quickly find relevant courses with the product, duration, and difficulty level you need. Then you or your team can train asynchronously right when they need to.

That means you don’t have to leave Jira to get trained in Jira (or related products).

The app integrates official Atlassian University courses created by Jira and Confluence experts — covering popular user topics and tasks, and showcasing in-product demos. Have a look at what your team sees in the catalog:

Your team can also access training for popular Atlassian Marketplace apps. You’ll find A Tempo Timesheets Primer, eazyBI Reports and Charts for Jira, and more! Here’s what the course search filter looks like:

💡 Put your own custom training right at your team’s fingertips

Your team will learn how your organization, specifically, uses Jira—or about any other topic on which you need to train. Whether you’ve created a video or a SCORM package, you can easily upload both. Here’s how:

You can add a course from the main page or the Course catalog page.
Add information about your course and upload an MP4 video or SCORM package.
You can add multiple modules if needed. When you’re ready, press Publish. Your course will be available in the catalog!

📨 New! Put your most important courses front and center

The latest version lets you assign courses directly to your team(s). 😲 Here’s how:

Select ‘Assign courses to users’ (visible only to admins). You can also assign individual courses directly from the catalog page.
Create assignments by selecting courses + user groups. You can assign multiples of each!
Then users get an email with their assignment(s)!

🔍 Quickly see your whole team’s learning progress

Track progress and completions by team member with a bird’s-eye view. You’ll know the most popular courses and sticking points.

That's really cool thanks @Jaime Netzer!  Personally I think Jira & Confluence fundamentals would be the first two courses I would want added so that people can be taught the basics before they start using the products.

We have to pay for this Atlassian add-on - :(

It would be great if this was available to all instances and available to all Atlassian account users as part of Software / Service Management / Confluence licenses. It is a great start! Love the learning progress functionality and specifc search filters too!

Very cool!  Not that our users are lazy, but getting them to refer to training is a nightmare.  Having quick tips right there would make a huge difference IMO.
