Hi Everyone, happy to have discovered this group. I'm heading up a technology team, building a SaaS product for manufacturing analytics. We're a second business vertical/new business unit within a consulting company.
We're using JIRA, Confluence, and have experimented with Service Desk. My biggest challenges so far has been optimizing our usage of Atlassian products within our workflow, given that we have a small team and have lots of downwards pressure to get to market.
