What can be done to increase the collaboration among colleagues
This is a topic of change and there will always be resistance. The best thing to do is to educate them and make it a company-wide implementation if the managers don't do it, it becomes more complicated. Talk to them and show them the way of working and start rejecting responses/actions that bypass the digital collaboration processes. Don't do it all at once but little by little. Start with simple processes for them to use the tool and build up gradually.
