Hi @Michelle  

My recommendation would be to

  • be active in the community
  • read up on articles on the official Atlassian webpages
  • take free courses and certification preps in the university 
  • unless already done, spin up a private instance and start testing

@Michelle  you'll want to start some of the learning paths at Atlassian University. Training is 100% free, and you are not required to take the certification exams. You can learn at your own pace and choose the products and practices you want to become proficient in.
