I lead a reference group meeting where we discuss about Atlassian topics once a month and have done so for over 3 years now. I think it could be a good idea to have a retrospective before summer and see if there are anything we can improve.
So therefore I like to try this play from Atlassian team playbook,
https://www.atlassian.com/team-playbook/plays/4-ls-retrospective-technique
I was thinking I could set this up on a confluence page and using layouts and status macro for the ideas/things that the participants bring up. Like this.
Anyone having any idea or recommendations what to do or don't do before running this game in an online meeting?
