Our team will use the Network of Teams play to start building effective links with some of our wayward fellow teams. As part of the Digital and Business Transformation team, we make some fairly significant changes in the business, and improving communications and alignments will be critical going forward to the success of some of these massive work programs.
I think make agreements related to our roles and responsabilities and even make more agreements about how to work together. It is because we are a group working together but with no enough cohesion. May be a role play could be a good way to be more effective
I believe our team can benefit a lot from Roles and Responsibilities play because I can see some responsibilities not being clear and also not being assigned directly to a member so every time that responsibility comes up, we hit a bump and waste some time to go over it. The best way is that we make a Team Poster first and then move on to the Roles and Responsibilities play. This way we first understand what each member of the team's role should be and then move on to assigning responsibilities to each member accordingly.
I'm not in a team right now, but next time I am I will definitely suggest the Roles and Responsibilities playbook. Personally I just like to make sure everyone has a role and task(s) on the team and everyone knows what their own and their team members' role/task(s).
Personally, I think structure and team/product organization is very important so ensuring people have assigned roles and responsibilities would be one of the first things on mind. Getting the peoples positions established will help go through other steps easier as specific questions could be handled by the person with the assigned role that the question applies to.
I believe our team would benefit from defining Roles and Responsibilities, as we are a new team and this would greatly help in clarifying our roles and responsibilities.
I appreciate the concept of Team Poster Play and the ability to share it.
I liked the idea of the Team Poster play. For a mid size to large team, this can be a useful thing to be reviewed regularly, so that we can ensure everyone is aligned with the main topic of what we do as a team.
Companies evolve, they are not static, and so Teams need to evolve as well, adapting to fit company objectives, and as such Team Plays helps facilitate this process by constantly refining the team functions to fit the new requirements, or adapt to incorporate new relationships with other teams.
I think my team can benefit from "Working Agreements" play, as everyone has a different working style, so it's important to create guidelines to determine how we will work best together to achieve the team goals.
Our team could really benefit from running the Roles and Responsibilities Play. Sometimes it’s unclear who owns what, which slows us down. By defining everyone’s roles clearly, we can avoid confusion and work more efficiently. When running this Play, make sure everyone has a chance to share their thoughts—it helps build alignment and trust.
My future team could greatly benefit from the Team Poster play for our next big project, as it will align everyone by providing direction on where the project is heading and fostering a shared understanding of our goals and responsibilities.
I would say roles and responsibilities cause during most teams I've been with everyone goes off track and start trying to work on another part while needing to do their work still.
